Brantridge Park - Terms & Conditions

These are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.

Check-in 13:00 - 17:00 hours

Check-out 09:00 - 10:00 hours

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 2.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit
10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Accepted credit cards

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Food & beverage
Brantridge Park does not provide food, beverages or any meal services.
All of the apartments are self catering and have a fully equipped kitchen.
Welcome packs are available on request (additional cost) and include items such as bread, butter, bacon, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, cereal, sugar and milk.

Room Information
All apartments are self catering and come with a full kitchen and lounge area.
Each one is individually tailored to the historic building.

Area information
In the surroundings you can find a number of local attractions, including: castles; stately homes and gardens; historic sites and ancient monuments; coastal regions and picturesque villages; steam railways; adventure parks and farm parks; and zoos.
It is recommended that you bring your own car or hire one to explore the area.
Brantridge is also perfectly positioned for day trips to France; it only takes around 2 hours to get to mainland France from Brantridge.

All rooms are non-smoking.
A few ground floor apartments are available. If you are disabled or have mobility problems, please contact Brantridge in advance so they can ensure you have one of these apartments.
